Does HiperZap use official WhatsApp?
Yes. HiperZap uses only the Official WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. It does not use WhatsApp Web, modified apps or phone automation.
Can I send messages to any list?
No. Campaigns must go only to people who agreed to receive messages from your company. HiperZap records your consent statement, and anyone who replies to opt out is added to the block list automatically.
How is it billed?
There is a monthly fee for each contracted platform, and messages are paid with prepaid credit at the price of the template category defined by Meta. Talk to our sales team to receive a proposal.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The dashboard works in desktop and mobile browsers and can be installed as an app, with notifications.
Do you work with resellers?
