Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data the hiperphone.com.br website handles, why, and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
Last updated: October 27, 2026. This is a translation; in case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Data controller

2. Scope
This policy applies to the hiperphone.com.br institutional website. The Meu Call Center (meucallcenter.com.br), HiperZap (hiperzap.com.br), Ferramentas Pessoais (ferramentaspessoais.com.br) platforms and the VoIP customer area have their own terms and policies, which apply when you use them.
3. Data we handle
3.1 Contact form
When you send the form, we receive: name, company (optional), email, phone, product of interest and the message you wrote.
- Purpose: to reply to your message and, when requested, provide information and sales proposals.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request and the consent given when sending (art. 7, I and V, LGPD).
- How it is handled: the information is sent by email to the sales team. The website does not store the form content in a database.
- Retention: messages stay in the sales mailbox for as long as needed for the service and business relationship, and can be deleted on request.
3.2 Abuse prevention
To limit automated submissions (spam), the server keeps for up to one hour an irreversible summary (hash) of the sender's IP address, only to count the number of submissions. This summary does not identify the person and is discarded after that period. Legal basis: legitimate interest in website security (art. 7, IX).
3.3 Technical access logs
As with any website, the hosting server records technical information about requests, such as IP address, date and time, page accessed and browser type. These logs are used for security and operation and kept for the period required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) and the hosting provider's policy.
3.4 Cookies and browser storage
On your first visit, the website shows a notice for you to choose which categories you allow. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.

Statistics cookies only exist when the analytics tool is configured on the website and you have allowed it. If you decline or withdraw permission, they are not created or are deleted. The website does not use advertising cookies. Legal basis for statistics: your consent (art. 7, I).
4. WhatsApp links and other websites
WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with our team in the WhatsApp app or website, which is operated by Meta and follows its own privacy policy. Once started, the conversation is handled by our team to fulfill your request. Links to Hiperphone platforms and third-party websites lead to environments with their own policies.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by suppliers needed to run the website and email, such as the hosting provider, always for the purposes described. It may also be shared when required by law or by order of a competent authority.
6. Security
The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), validation of received data, protection against automated submissions and security headers. No measure is infallible, but we adopt technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the type of data handled.
7. Your rights
You may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed based on it. Send your request to comercial@hiperphone.com.br. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
8. Children and adolescents
The website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
